Participants are advised to collect their BIB within the announced collection period. BIBs will not be issued on race day unless the Event Organiser announces otherwise.
One common Expo for every categoryThe same BIB Collection & Expo applies to Half Marathon 21.097 KM, 10 KM, 5 KM and 3 KM participants.
What to Collect
Depending on the registered race category, participants will receive:
- Race BIB
- Running T-shirt
Other event-related materials, if any, will be announced by the Event Organiser.
Documents Required
Participants should carry:
- Valid Government-Issued Photo ID.
- Registration Confirmation / Registration ID.
- Any additional document, if specifically requested by the Event Organiser.
For Participants Under 18
A parent or legal guardian may be required to provide consent and/or identification as specified by the Event Organiser.
BIB Collection by Another Person
If a participant is unable to collect their BIB personally, collection through an authorised representative may be permitted, subject to the Event Organiser's requirements.
Authorisation processDetails of the authorisation process will be announced before BIB Collection.
Important BIB Guidelines
- BIB must be collected before race day within the announced collection period.
- Participants must wear the correct BIB assigned to them.
- BIB must be clearly visible on the front of the participant's body during the race.
- BIB must not be altered, damaged or tampered with.
- BIB transfer, sale or exchange is not permitted unless specifically authorised by the Event Organiser.
